PLEASE NOTE: These sessions are WITH Santa and are not intended to take the place of Family sessions (which will be offered separately). If you wish to have a family session with Santa, we're happy to make that happen and can't wait to see you!
LOCATION: My studio, Montoursville, PA
PRICE: $159 (includes tax) - A $50 non-refundable retainer fee is due at the time of booking to reserve your appointment and the balance will be collected on the day of your session (check or cash only).
SANTA SESSION INCLUDES:
- 20 minute session (up to 4, $25/person after 4)
- 10 digital files
- print release
- prints and products available
PLEASE NOTE: Sales tax is included. Session listed is timed and priced for 4 people. CONTACT ME for sessions with 5 or more (+$25/per person which will be due at the time of your session). Final images will be fully edited which does NOT include any type of swap (head, eyes, etc.) If you request any type of swap, a minimum fee of $25 will be charged based on the project. All images will include Santa. If you are interested in a family session/no Santa, please contact me for a separate session date/time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
SESSION TIME: You are allotted 20 minutes for your session. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your session so that you are prepared.
FILE DELIVERY - Your images will be delivered via email (direct link to online gallery). Files will be edited at the discretion of Teri Walizer Photography. It is my policy to sell/release edited images only. I do not sell or release unedited images under any circumstance therefore, you will receive only the final images as selected by Teri Walizer Photography.
TURNAROUND TIME: You will receive 10 fully edited digital images within approximately 7 to 14 days from the date of your session (depending on my editing schedule).
PRINT RELEASE - You will be provided with a print release which provides you the authorization to print the images from a lab of your choice. The images that are being provided to you are licensed to you for any reasonable personal purposes, including to but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing and web usage. Print release does NOT include use that results in editing of the images or financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature. You grant Teri Walizer Photography the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at your photography session or event to further promote its service, including portfolio, website, display, advertisement and editorial use, UNLESS otherwise agreed upon. Teri Walizer Photography retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works. It is my policy to sell/release edited images only. I do not sell or release unedited images under any circumstance.
When you submit payment for your mini session, you agree to the terms and conditions.
